It’s Official: The Senate has passed the Small Business Bill – HR 5297 – aka The Small Business Lending Bill or Small Business Jobs Bill.

The legislation will now go back to the House where it is expected to receive approval quickly and then on to President Obama for signature.

Now the question is how long before it will start impacting SBA lending?
